We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us.

Any orders required for same day dispatch must be received before 12 noon.

Unless otherwise stated shipping taxes are currently included in the price at checkout and orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

However, please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs charges/duties in the delivery country which we are not able to anticipate. 

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please note that our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. We will endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible.



Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking number. You will be able to track its progress online using the tracking number we provide you with after completion of your order.

The above timescales are only a guide and sometimes during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer.

Although we endeavour to deliver your order within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather conditions). We will do our utmost to inform you of any unexpected delays.

All products purchased from have a 14 day return period from the date received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at so that we may send you an electronic return form to enable us to process your return/exchange. 

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay please ensure that the returned items are in pristine condition and in their original packaged condition including dustbag and tags, otherwise we will not be able to process the return.

Once the returned items have been received and approved by RUSKIN the amount of the purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment.

At the current time, return shipping costs are the returner’s responsibility. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until the refund has been processed.

RUSKIN are not responsible for any lost returns or liable for any duties or custom charges incurred in returning products to us.

Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

RUSKIN reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated.
